Ply Carcass

Rhino Ply is an enduring and robust plywood, bonded with E1 grade glue. The bonding process ensures its high quality.

The surface of Rhino Ply consists of high pressure laminate sheets. These sheets are characterized by their hardness, water resistance, stain resistance, and ease of cleaning. Cabinets, like those in kitchens and vanities, crafted from Rhino Ply, are remarkably durable, rigid, and strong.

Specification:

• It is a 16mm plywood with both faces laminated with High - Pressure Laminate (HPL).
• The plywood species is Poplar.
• The high pressure laminate is 0.8mm Satin White or Brushed Silver.
• The sheet size is 2440mm x 1220mm.
• The overall thickness tolerance of the 16mm plywood is + - 0.5mm.
• It offers superior carcass construction.
